If 14 days pass after delivery with no dispute, funds auto-release. This protects sellers from buyers who never confirm — but only after you've had time to verify.
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or never arrives, raise a dispute. Our admin team reviews evidence within 48 hours and decides fairly.
Seller marked shipped but tracking shows no movement, or item never reached you
Product was broken in transit, has manufacturing defects, or is unusable
You received something different from what was advertised — wrong size, color, model
Item is a knockoff or counterfeit version of what was listed
Product photos or description didn't match reality (condition, features, specs)
